Rich appearance and distinctive cruising characteristics!

The Focus 800 is for lovers of classic boats who value stability, speed, comfort and ease of operation. She is reminiscent of sailing yachts as you often saw them in the 1930s: traditional lines with overhangs, fore and aft that don't seem to stop anywhere.

The difference is in the polyester hull, the rigging and the underwater hull with bulb keel and balanced rudder. The special feature of the Focus is that it was specifically designed as a large comfortable one-man boat. All trim lines and sheets to the trim table. This gives the helmsman/woman full control at his/her fingertips and a crew does not definitely have to actively sail along but can fully enjoy the tranquility and the water.

Much attention has been paid to ease of use and comfort. For example, all lines run under the floor to the so-called trim table in the cockpit. Because of this facility, the Focus 800 can be sailed single-handed. Important for stability is the bulb keel of 450 kg. This Focus 800 comes with a diesel engine with saildrive. The fact that the engine sits in front of the rudder creates optimum pressure and keeps the boat maneuvering well under all conditions.
