Dehler 28 Top-S with vertical clearance of approximately 12.50 mtr. yard delivered, suitable for Randmeren and other 12.50 meter bridges. A fine family sailing yacht where also club races can be sailed. Just maintained with reconditioned 18 hp Volvo diesel, last service end of 2022, cooler with compressor under the reduced cherry-wood saloon table (original table is also included).Webasto hot air heating, neat upholstery, 4 berths, lower halyard, adjustable backstay, sprayhood, cockpit cushions(2018), anchor box with anchor, stainless steel side railing, stainless steel swim ladder, 2x selftailing halyard winches, 2x genoa winches, div. halyard clamps, all lines to cockpit, toilet room with pump toilet, fountain and wet hanging closet, wind meter, gps, depth & speedometer(2020) VHF radio, cockpit table, 2 burner spirit stove, chart table, saildrive cuff replaced(2012). A barely used reverse jib with reverse jib system, recent laminate furling genoa, spinnaker and two mainsails(1x dacron, 3 years used and 1x laminate of 8 years old, both battened), lazy jack - maindrop system with bag. Walls were reupholstered in 2008 with Viva Cover cream. The entry has been extended and a smaller coffee table has been installed (the origin is also still there). The cabin floor was replaced in 2020.

Stock foot and spinnaker pole are both aluminum. Boom with reefing bearings were replaced in 2013. Rigging was replaced in 2016. Halyards replaced with Dynema in 2015.
