General description

This Pedro 35 Fly, is a spacious cruiser with good cruising characteristics. The motorboat has double steering (both in the salon and outside on the Flybridge), bow thruster, electric windlass, spacious gangways, large aft deck and flybridge deck, swimming platform, aluminum window frames, bimini top, radar bracket, all around sea railing. The interior consists of two enclosed sleeping cabins, separate shower and separate toilet, salon, dinette in the kitchen. Complete navigation instrumentaruim with a.o. radar and plotter, battery charger, shore power, inverter, refrigerator, microwave, gas stove (inspection 2021), stereo install., hot and cold running water, indoor and outdoor shower, hot air heating, etc. The underwater ship was inspected in 2021(steel thickness measurement) and was found to be in very good condition. This report can be viewed if interested. After this inspection the underwater ship has been antifouled. Both the technical part of the boat and the engine have always been well maintained. The superstructure needs to be repainted. The interior looks reasonable, however around the windows the wood on the inside is weathered and affected by moisture and condensation. Needs to be renewed.
