Beautiful LM 27 motorsailer. This S-frame sailing yacht is a good sailor, stable and spacious. This motorsailer has inside and outside steering, mast-stripping installation, teak decks, stainless steel bow-step and anchor-bearer, furling-reef installation with recent furling genoa + UV band, 2-burner mesh galley, refrigerator, hot-air heating with the possibility to shut off the gas cylinder from the wheelhouse with the Trumatic remote control.Furthermore, in addition to annual antifouling and anode replacement, the following maintenance has been done: New furling genoa 19.9m2(2015), new winter tent(2016), propeller shaft seal replaced(2018), new cockpit tent(2018) commissioned in 2019, new Victron battery charger and 120Ah battery(2019), Log- depth gauge, compass,autopilot, color plotter with chart(updated 2019), diesel tank cleaned(2019), gaskets and cover diesel tank replaced(2019), winter tent(2016) over entire yacht, etc. The LM is now available for viewing by appointment in Volendam, from mid November 2022 for viewing in Naarden at Wehmeyer.
