General description
The Berrona is a beautiful Ferrocement spit-hole s-bilge sailing yacht which was acquired from the first owner in 2014 by the current Beronna Foundation. Between 2014 and 2022 the Berrona Foundation has completely tackled this beautiful and well-sailing spit-hole gatter. The Hull has been completely stripped bare and repaired where necessary. The old teak deck and bedding was removed and a new decking was installed in 2016 with plastic teak decking. The cockpit has been completely rebuilt and a beautiful interior installed with 7 berths. The Berrona is extremely suitable for long trips and - or long comfortable stays on this sailing yacht (live a board). The interior is very spacious with 195 cm headroom, recent hot air heating and 3 burner stove with oven. In addition, it is a very stable and good sailor. Speeds of 6-7 knots are easily achievable.
