Charming and cleverly designed sea scow. Following the line and sail plan of Kroes at Kampen. Built at Jachtwerf "Van Brussel" in Hasselt. Scoped (zinc sprayed) steel 5-4-3 mm. Handy mast lowering installation + winch. Centreboard performed (0.55 / 1.25 mtr.). You have the charm of a flatboat but not the burden of the sea swords. This flatboat is a solid yard-built Zeeschouw (line drawings available) with a for this type of flatboat unique centerboard. The steel daggerboard is renewed(2018) and is easy to raise and lower. Very suitable for shallow waters and of course to dry land. Features generous cockpit and spacious interior with 4 adult berths.The Perkins engine is from 1991 and was overhauled in 2012. Vertical clearance is 1150 cm. Steel professionally inspected. the hull in 2019 is painted and the deck in 2020. Headroom175 cm (at entrance in galley is headroom ca.1.85), 4 berths (beds: cabin b.w. 0.65 x 2.00 s.w. 0.65 x 2.00 front b.w. 0.75 x 2.05 s.w. 0.75 x 2.05), 2x battery, battery charger, inverter, shore power, brown dacron sails with mainsail and reverse jib, windlass, ironing system, railing, etc. This Sea Scow is being auctioned.
