From the first owner for sale a very neat and fresh Piet Hein spitsgat sloop. Polyester clinker built. Nice teak details like teak pot lid, teak on engine box and teak clamps. Recent neat sprayhood (2019) by Fred Schot with new windows (April 2022) and closing part over the cockpit, stainless steel swim ladder, navigation lights, fuel gauge, 12V outlet, trim tab on GRP flange, seat cushions throughout the boat (also with back cushions). Also sun deck with cushions available. The boat is every winter on the shore under tarpaulin and every two years gets a major service on the engine. 550 hours of sailing.
