General description

The Hunter 27 Legend from the American Luhrs marine, offers a very versatile yacht with limited draft. This Hunter 27 has bilge keels making it a very stable yacht and with which you can very well dry-fall. This Hunter is in very clean condition and ready to sail. Little used, only 367 engine hours! This yacht has, among other things, a steering wheel, self-tailing winches, compass, Cruising Package (extra luxury) shore power, 12/220V., coolbox with compressor, built-in 2 burner cook-comfort with plates and cutlery, boiler, hot and cold running water, shower, pump toilet, lines to the cockpit, mainsheet overflow in the cockpit at the steering position placed (handy), neat sails in good condition. The furling jib has UV tape and cover, mainsail with lazy jacket, downhaul, seats in railing, swim platform with stainless steel swim ladder, escape hatch in aft cabin, anchor hatch with anchor and line. Year built is 2005, sold new in November '06 and delivered in spring '07. Pithy sailing characteristics and a surprisingly spacious accommodation. The yacht has a large sailing area because of the limited depth of the bilge keels which makes the yacht very stable and whereby the sailing characteristics are not much compromised.
