From the 2nd owner a very nice and solid Tradewind 35. The Tradewind 35 is a well known ocean cruiser with a long history. Cutter rigged with S-frame - long keel. Very stable with nice sailing characteristics because of the long keel and robust construction and nice weight distribution. The yacht is easy to sail and is ideal for long journeys, but also for inland waters because of her shallow draught. The Yanmar diesel engine has a fixed stainless steel three-blade propeller shaft and a flush deck that makes sailing easy. The deep cockpit offers safety and protection. The interior is entirely yard built with solid teak and walnut flooring. The standing height goes from 210cm to 180cm. Spacious kitchen and chart table. large toilet room with shower and pump toilet, the luxury owner's cabin has recent thick comfortable Neptunes mattresses(2018) and good storage spaces with hanging locker. This private sailing yacht is on fresh water and has been ashore every winter.Underwater boat has 2 epoxy coats and new antifouling 2020. More pictures soon.
