General description
A very beautiful Vollenhovense Bol 930, designed by J.K. Gipon, built at Scheepswerf De Plaete - Ooltgensplaat (Zeeland). J.K. Gipon drew the sphere in various sizes: a.o. 8.10m, 8.50m, 9.00m, 9.30m and its largest 9.75m. These ships are built at many shipyards, of which Jachtwerf de Plaete is one. Clearly noticeable is this much roomier than the standard 8.60 Bulbs. Spacious cockpit, large saloon and significantly larger underneath. All the (round) wood has been treated again in the spring of 2020 and is in shed. Underwater is completely treated in winter 2018/2019. This beautiful Vollenhovense Bol "De Ouwe" has a very nice carpentry interior, beautiful spacious cockpit with teak benches and decking, green carpet over the cockpit, over the swords and over the hatches. There is also a brown winter plumage over the entire boat.
