Comments from retired yard man who made the changes over the last few years and who probably knows the boat best technically:

"There is a huge ship horn with compressor starboard in the wall behind steering wheel( new). There are 2 "headlights" one of them is broken (just the bulb). Recently renewed is: the electric toilet with skin-throughs and hoses, the radio, the water tank, the bilge pump, the fake radar, the navigation lights the cushions, the interior lights, the upholstery, the Garmin plotter has a chart, the log is linked to the Garmin so indicates ground speed. The hull has no osmosis or damage as far as I know. I know this because I stripped the hull bare at the time. There is also blue underwater lighting. A weak part of these boats are the side exhausts that go through the hull. These are usually rotted through by salt water so here too. These steel penetrations have been replaced with stainless steel bends welded into stainless steel plates bolted to the hull. Much has been done to the engines. Oil filter housing, turbos etc etc. Actually a good electrician should spend a few days tinkering in the boat, he can work miracles. The paint system is De IJssel 2 K lacquer, silk gloss. The window in front of the steering wheel is not original. The window should actually sit lower, which is sealed with an aluminum plate. The polyethylene windows do not fit 100% because the custom construction is not correct. Instruction books of the engines are present."
