Wehmeyer Yacht Brokers are convinced of their approach and therefore work on a ‘no cure no pay’ basis. If we do not sell your yacht, you will be free to take your leave of us after the lapse of the mediation period without any further expenses.

Buying a yacht is not an every day affair. If you opt for Wehmeyer Yacht Brokers, then you can count on their professional guidance and excellent and accurate eye for yachts. When buying your ship, Wehmeyer can also support you with all the legal, fiscal and financial aspects associated with the purchase of a yacht.

Over Wehmeyer

Trade in

Trade in is also one of the options. For example, you have your eyes set on a yacht, but your current yacht has not yet been sold; part exchanging your boat is then an option. We give you a price estimate for taking over your yacht, without any obligation. The advantage is that you won’t concurrently have two boats in your possession with all the associated expenses. In addition there is the advantage that you can deduct the value of the ship to be Trade ind from the price of the yacht to be purchased. This will give you in some cases a bit more financial ease to purchase the yacht of your dreams. Obviously this option will for both parties always be subject to any technical inspection, expertise and trial trip. The downside of Trade in is that we generally do not offer in excess of 70% of the current market value.

Purchase

If you are forced to sell or would like to dispose of your current yacht straightaway, for example in the event of relocation, emigration, divorce or for any other reason, we offer you the opportunity to sell your yacht directly to Wehmeyer Yacht Brokers.

As compared with a mediation assignment whereby you yourself remain the owner of your yacht until it is sold, you will in this case forthwith receive your money and we will see to a quick and easy settlement. As with part exchange, we pay an average of no more than 60 to 70% of the current value set by us.
